SNP’s team has the members, which have the characteristic of Unity in Diversity. They while sharing a common vision, belongs to diverse technical, business, and legal backgrounds. We deploy specialized and multidisciplinary teams to serve assignments requiring specific skills. SNP invests heavily on its Plant & Machinery i.e., Human Resource and has dedicated and structured programs for training of the personnel in various disciplines. Nearly 20000 sq. ft. of the office space of the overall 15000 sq.ft. it occupies is devoted to the training & learning (T/L) departments and studios. There is a unique program of Continuing Learning Program for the HR in the firm whereby each even Saturday of the firm has been devoted to the HR training and guidance programs in T/L studios. Thereby generating the best resources in the world for its growth.
